Run Your CompanyWithout Everything Depending on You
TEC learns your business from the software you already use, does the work, checks the result, and brings in a person only when judgment is needed.
We put TEC to work on your real company data. Give us access. We do the rest.
You choose how much access to give: logins, browser automation, or exports you send us.
In 45 days, you see what work it could take over, what problems it caught, and what it’s worth, in your own numbers. Then you decide whether to continue.

Imagine if you had an AI that knew every single thing you knew.
On top of that, it read every email that came into your company. Every complaint. Every call, every invoice, every payment, every note in your CRM.
It handled the things it was allowed to do, and it asked for your judgment so nothing went wrong. You got to see the evidence before any decision was made.
It was the perfect business partner, working in every role you wanted.
You decide how much it can see. More on your data below.
That’s TEC. It connects to the software you already use and builds one complete, correct picture of your company.
Under the hood: the TEC Enterprise World Model, explained below.
Once it knows your business, here’s what it does:
Answers you can trust.
Which services make you the most money? Which customers are about to leave? What are your people actually doing all day? Ask, and get the answer from your own records, not another meeting.
Catches what slips.
Estimates nobody followed up on. Jobs finished but never billed. Promises nobody kept. Complaints nobody answered. It finds them before they cost you.
Fixes your data at the source.
When your records are wrong, everything built on them is wrong: your reports, your decisions, even the ads you pay for. TEC cleans your data and keeps it clean, so Facebook and Google learn from your real customers.
Does the work.
Fixes wrong records. Sends the follow-up. Reconciles the numbers. It only acts within the permissions you set, and a person signs off on anything that needs judgment.
Keeps watching.
A customer going quiet, a number that doesn’t add up, a process people stopped following: it notices and tells you before it becomes a problem. Nobody has to ask.
Don’t pay a $60,000 employee to do 95% of a job just because the last 5% needs judgment. TEC does the 95%. Your person does the 5% where they actually matter.
Sounds too good to be true?
You’ve probably been promised a lot from AI. On Instagram, on YouTube, in your inbox.
Most of it is a shortcut: plug ChatGPT or Claude into a few of your apps, add some automations, and call it an “AI employee.” That’s why it breaks.
What those pitches promise is actually possible. It’s just hard. Here’s why.
Prefer to watch? ▶ The 30-minute overview walks through all of this.
The problem isn’t intelligence.
ChatGPT and Claude are extremely smart. But even a genius can only reason from what it knows. Hand someone with a 180 IQ five pages from a 500-page case file, and their intelligence can’t make up for the 495 pages they never saw.
Access isn’t understanding.
Your customer is “John Smith” in one system and “J. Smith” in another. Two systems disagree about what was paid. Someone forgot to update a record three weeks ago. Before any AI can think clearly about your business, something has to sort out what’s actually true.
And an answer on a screen doesn’t change your numbers.
Something still has to do the work, check that it was done right, and bring you in when it matters.
That’s the hard part. That’s the part we built.

Historically, building something this company specific could require millions of dollars and years of bespoke engineering.
So why doesn’t everyone do this?
Because it’s expensive and hard. The hardware alone runs into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, before the engineering to keep it running. We built it for our own company first, because we had to. Now we put it to work in yours.
Every day starts with the same questions.
The company is working. Your managers are working. The software is running.
And somehow, the questions still end up with you.
Money
- Where is money leaving the business that isn’t in the plan?
- Are the numbers I’m looking at even right?
- Why is the bank balance different from what I expected?
- What did that decision last quarter actually cost us?
People
- Who is actually producing, and who is coasting?
- Did they follow up? Did the manager notice?
- Are we overstaffed in one place and short in another?
- Everyone says they’re at capacity. Are they?
Customers
- Which customers are quietly on their way out?
- What did we promise that we’re not delivering?
- Did anybody follow up on that complaint?
How the company runs
- Is anyone actually following the process we rolled out?
- What broke, and when did it start?
- What changed right before the numbers changed?
- What’s happening in my company right now that I don’t know about?
You didn’t build a company this size because you’re afraid of work. It’s that none of this is the work.
What waiting costs you
Bad data costs you customers.
Facebook and Google learn from what your records tell them. When a sale doesn’t get recorded, you’re telling them, “Don’t find me more people like this.” Every month it stays wrong, your ads get more expensive.
Problems grow with you.
Even when your team does well, a 5% miss is 5 problems at 100 customers and 250 problems at 5,000. Someone has to deal with every one.
Buyers pay less for a company that runs through its owner.
If it only works because you’re there checking everything, it’s worth less to anyone who might buy it.
The trial is free. Waiting doesn’t save you anything.
Signs it’s a fit
- You have W-2 employees, and your work lives in software: CRM, email, calls, accounting, payments.
- You still check whether things got done, even with managers in place.
- Your reports don’t always match what you know is true.
- A new growth idea feels heavy because of the hiring and follow-up it will take.
- When something important gets missed, you’re the final backstop.
How the 45 days work
- 1
Book a call.
It’s a conversation, not a commitment.
- 2
Discovery and kickoff.
We learn about your business, make sure it’s a fit, and agree on what the 45 days will cover. If it isn’t a good use of your time or our engineers’ time, we’ll tell you.
- 3
Onboarding is the first test.
You give us access at the level you choose. There’s nothing to fill out. We’ve filled out hundreds of those forms ourselves, and they’re annoying. If we needed hours of your team’s time or a big onboarding form to learn your business, that would prove our software can’t do what we say. So we don’t. As long as your business runs on email, calls, texts, and software, and not smoke signals, TEC learns it from your own records. By the end, it should know what you know about your company, and often things you didn’t know yet.
- 4
45 days on your real data.
You start getting answers about your business, in your own numbers.
- 5
Day 45: you decide.
Keep it and pick a plan from the pricing page. Or don’t, and we unplug everything. Your systems stay exactly as they were.
How much of your time does this take? Almost none, and that’s the point.
You stay in control. TEC only does what you allow. Anything costly or hard to undo waits for a person, and you see the evidence first. During the trial it doesn’t change your systems, and your data is never shown to another client. Full answers in the FAQ below.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it mess anything up?
No. Before it acts, TEC asks two questions: How much could this cost if it’s wrong? How easy is it to undo?
- Low cost, easy to undo: TEC just does it.
- Higher stakes: TEC does the legwork, and a person makes the call. You see the evidence before anything happens.
- Not sure: It doesn’t guess. It gets more evidence, runs an exact check, or asks a person.
Every action is logged, and anything can be rolled back. During the trial, TEC doesn’t change your systems at all. It learns your business and shows you what it finds.
Permissions, approval gates, audit logs, rollback, multi-model verification
What happens to my data?
- It’s yours.
- You choose the access: logins (the fastest way), browser automation (TEC works through the same screens your team uses), or exports and screenshots you send us (nothing connects directly).
- What we do with it: run TEC for your company, including training the models that work on your business. We also use what we learn, in de-identified form, to improve TEC overall.
- What we never do: sell it, or show it to another client.
- Where it lives: on our own private infrastructure.
Full details are in the trial agreement you sign and on our Security and Data Ownership pages.
What’s the catch? Why is it free?
There isn’t one. Anything we tell you about results could be BS, even when it’s true, so we’d rather you see it in your own numbers. No credit card, and nothing charges on day 46. The trial simply ends. If you want to keep TEC, you pick a plan. If not, you go back to what you were doing.
Who isn’t this for, and what won’t it do?
We’d rather tell you now than waste your time or ours.
It isn’t for you if:
- You don’t have W-2 employees. If it’s just you, or you work only with contractors, there isn’t enough for TEC to take off your plate.
- Most of your business isn’t written down anywhere. TEC learns from your email, calls, texts, and software. If the work lives only in people’s heads, there’s nothing for it to learn from.
- You want a chatbot or a plug-and-play app. TEC is built around your company, not downloaded.
- You aren’t willing to share your business data in any form. You choose how much access to give, but TEC needs some to work.
What TEC won’t do:
- Make a big, hard-to-undo move on its own. Anything costly or hard to reverse waits for a person to approve it.
- Guess when it can check. If software can prove something exactly, AI doesn’t guess.
- Make you replace your software. It works across what you already use.
- Change your systems during the trial. When the 45 days end, we unplug and everything is as you left it.
- Hand you a one-time report and call it done. It keeps working, every day.
- Decide what happens to your people. That’s your call.
- Promise you a specific return. You’ll see what it’s worth in your own numbers.
Who built this?
Frank Song II, our founder and chief systems architect. He runs an eight-figure service business with more than 100 W-2 employees that has made the Inc. 5000 four years in a row, and he built TEC inside it first. Before that, he worked in investment banking and private equity at Accel-KKR.
What happens to my people?
That’s your call. TEC takes work off your people, and what you do with that is up to you. Most owners land somewhere in here:
- Keep everyone, move the work. Stop depending on people for tasks they were never good at, like the person doing your reports because nobody else could, not because numbers are their strength. Move them to work that needs a person.
- Keep your best. In most companies, a few people cause most of the problems: missed follow-ups, wrong numbers, bad morale. Once you don’t depend on them, your best people can enjoy their work again.
- Grow without hiring. Take on more without the new hires, managers, and follow-up that usually come with it.
- Or anything in between.
Does my team need to sign off?
No. It’s your company, your systems, and your records. You don’t need a vote to see what’s happening in your own business.
How much of my time does this take?
Almost none: a kickoff conversation, your logins, and a few optional questions. If it took more, that would prove our software can’t do what we say.
Does it work with our software?
If you can log into it, TEC can work with it. You choose how: logins, browser automation, or exports you send us.
Is this just ChatGPT connected to my data?
No. ChatGPT is smart, but it doesn’t know which records are right, which customer is which, or what’s true right now. TEC builds that picture first, then does and checks the work. See “Sounds too good to be true?” above.
Do I just get a report?
No. A report is a snapshot, and it’s out of date the day after. TEC keeps working every day: answering questions, catching what slips, and doing the work.
Do I sign anything for the trial?
Yes, a trial agreement covering access and data. No payment information.
What if I want out?
- During or after the trial: Tell us and we unplug everything. We don’t change your systems during the trial, so there’s nothing to undo.
- After you become a client: Cancel at the end of your term. We disconnect, and your software and records stay yours, because TEC works across what you already have instead of replacing it. Any work TEC was doing goes back to your team.
- If TEC ever went away: The same applies. Nothing you depend on gets replaced.
Your company shouldn’t need you to check everything.
Put TEC to work in your company for 45 days, free. Give us access at the level you choose, and see what it learns, what it catches, and what it could take off your plate, in your own numbers. Then decide.
For owners, executives, and investors of companies with W-2 employees.
