Technical work behind dependable company-specific systems.

Tech-Enabled Capital operates in an area where impressive demonstrations are easy and dependable production systems are not.

A model can summarize a document in seconds. That does not mean it understands which customer a record belongs to, which source is authoritative, what was true six months ago, whether a calculation reconciles, whether a tool action is permitted, or whether the same workflow will still work after the underlying model changes.

Our research focuses on those harder system-level questions.

The objective is not to publish a high-volume blog or comment on every change in AI. We publish selectively where a technical subject helps explain how company-specific operating technology can be made more useful, auditable, and reliable.

Initial papers

Building Reliable Company-Specific AI Systems

Why model quality is only one component of reliability — and why production systems require evidence architecture, workload-specific execution, evaluations, deterministic validation, permissions, observability, and recovery.

Why Business Data Is Not Yet a Knowledge System

Why years of CRM records, financial data, contracts, communications, and operating history do not automatically become usable company knowledge — and why identity, time, source authority, relationships, and context construction matter.

Research standard

The papers in this library describe the technical problem classes and engineering disciplines relevant to our work. They do not publish customer-specific rules, proprietary evaluation sets, routing thresholds, internal schemas, private deployment topology, or other implementation details that would disclose the underlying operating recipe.
