Cookie Policy

What this website stores on your device, and what it sends to anyone else. At present it stores nothing and sets no cookies. Effective 1 September 2026.

Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how Impact Fund LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Tech-Enabled Capital (“TEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on websites that link to this Policy (the “Site”).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information more generally.

What this site actually uses

This Site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, writes nothing to local or session storage, and runs no analytics, advertising, measurement, chat, scheduling or session-recording technology. No visitor identifier is created. Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, there is no cookie or storage consent to collect, and no consent banner is presented.

No third-party request is made either. The Inter typeface the pages are set in is served from this website rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address or request headers to a font provider. Nothing on the Site is loaded from another company’s servers.

Two things are still true of any website and are stated here rather than left out. Our hosting provider necessarily receives the ordinary request information needed to serve a page — IP address, browser and device characteristics, the address requested and the time. And if you submit one of the Site’s forms, what you type is delivered and stored through the providers that run the Site and our mail, on our instructions. Neither involves a cookie or anything stored on your device. Both are described in the Privacy Policy.

If any of this changes, this inventory will be updated before the technology is enabled, and consent will be obtained where the law requires it.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on or read from your browser or device.

Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development kits, server-side identifiers, and comparable technologies that store or access information on a device or help recognize a browser or session. We refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies.”

2. Cookie categories

The categories below describe what we would use if the Site configuration changes. They are definitions, not a claim that any of them is currently in use — see what this site actually uses.

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to operate or provide functionality you request, supporting security, load balancing, fraud prevention, session management, consent preferences and authentication. Where applicable law permits, strictly necessary cookies may operate without opt-in consent because the requested service cannot function properly without them.

Functional. Remember preferences or support optional Site features. Where required by law, these cookies are used only after consent.

Analytics and performance. Help us understand how the Site is used and how it performs. They may collect information about pages viewed, navigation, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, errors and interaction patterns. Where consent is required, analytics cookies are not activated until consent is obtained.

Advertising and measurement. If enabled, these help us measure advertising campaigns, understand whether a visitor arrived from a campaign, build or measure audiences, limit repeated advertising, attribute conversions, and deliver or measure targeted advertising. Under some U.S. privacy laws, disclosure of identifiers or online activity to advertising partners can constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even where no money changes hands. Where applicable, we provide the required opt-out mechanisms.

3. First-party and third-party cookies

First-party cookies are set by the domain you are visiting.

Third-party cookies or similar technologies are provided by another company whose services are integrated into the Site.

Third parties may process information under their own privacy policies in addition to contractual restrictions we impose.

4. Your choices

Cookie settings. Where a consent-management tool is available, you can use Cookie Settings to accept or reject optional cookie categories. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of core Site functionality, although optional features may not operate as intended. No such tool is presented today because no optional technology is in use.

Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block, delete or restrict cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies can impair Site functionality.

Global Privacy Control and U.S. privacy choices. The Site does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and runs no targeted-advertising technology, so there is currently no processing for an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) to act on, and the Site does not read one. If the Site ever adopts a technology that constitutes sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, GPC handling and a Your Privacy Choices or equivalent mechanism will be implemented before that technology is enabled.

EEA and UK consent. Where applicable European or UK rules require consent, non-essential cookies and similar technologies are not set or read until valid consent has been provided, and consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.

5. Retention

Cookie duration depends on the cookie. Session cookies expire when the browser session ends or shortly afterward. Persistent cookies remain until their expiration date or until they are deleted.

The Site currently sets neither, so there is no retention period to state.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, vendors or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading.

If our use of non-essential cookies materially changes, we will update the inventory and obtain fresh consent where required.
