Request a Confidential Company Review

See what could become more profitable, more visible, or less dependent on routine human checking.

Tech-Enabled Capital works with established service businesses where operating complexity is large enough for company-specific technology to create meaningful value.

The purpose of a Confidential Company Review is to determine whether your company is a strong fit for that kind of relationship.

This is not a free audit, a generic strategy session, or a sales call built around a prewritten software demo.

It is the beginning of mutual diligence.

What we are trying to understand

We want to understand enough about the business to answer a few basic questions:

The introductory call does not require credentials, system access, or customer, employee or financial records.

If the fit is strong and deeper diligence makes sense, appropriate access and information-sharing can be handled in the next stage.

What happens after you book the call

  1. We speak directly. The conversation is about the company — not a generic product pitch. We will want to understand how the business operates, what systems it relies on, where leadership lacks visibility, and what the owner or executive most wants to change.
  2. We determine whether the opportunity is large enough. Not every company needs Tech-Enabled Capital. If the likely value is too small, the operating environment is a poor fit, or the relationship would require work outside what the platform is designed to do, we should know that before either side commits.
  3. If both sides want to proceed, we define the annual license relationship. That includes the commercial terms, access requirements, scope boundaries, security and data considerations, and how the 45-day free trial works.

Book the introductory call

The review begins with an introductory call, booked directly on our calendar. There is no form to complete first and no questionnaire to work through before anyone speaks to you.

Nothing sensitive is needed to have the conversation — no credentials, no system access, no customer or employee records, no financial statements. Bring what is useful, and keep back anything you would rather discuss under an agreement.

We work with a limited number of companies at a time.

The technology is integrated deeply enough that company understanding and implementation quality matter more than maximizing customer count.

A review is therefore a two-way fit decision.

If the relationship makes sense, the goal is not to give you another project to manage.

It is to build technology into the company you already have, with the first useful benefits designed to begin within the first few weeks.
